A little bit about me...

As a child I had 2 passions in life, cooking and art.

If I wasnt in the kitchen with my mum helping her prepare all sorts I was at a table surrounded by arts and crafts, covered in paints, glue and glitter!

As I grew older and my realisation of adulthood loomed I decided that although my love and passion for art was all connsuming I knew that cooking would provide me with a decent career.

So off I went and became a chef.

I started off as a pot wash in a very questionable hotel in london at 15 yrs old. Working my way up the ranks untill I got to cullinary collage at 16 and eventually trained in pastry.

Art and food combined!

I continued to work in the hospitality and catering industry learning everything from front of house hotel management to bar and confrence, service chef to the dessert section!

In 2010 I opened my own Cafe 'On a Roll' A true labour of love!

As time went on and the landscape of the area changed it was time for me to move on in 2013.

I then moved to South London and got engaged!

New surroundings and an engagement ring

propmted a new out look on life

Halloween 2013 I was asked by my very good frind if I could do some face painting for her fancy dress birthday party as she knew I had a creative streak. Always keen on taking on new challenges, I purchaed primary colour snazaroo paints, a cheap 10 pack of assorted water color painting brushes and set out learning how to paint on people! Watching youtube videos and reserching other artists on instagram and Facebook I taught myself the basic skills I needed to create works of art on skin.

Below was my first Halloween painting. 2013

Since discovering this new love for face and body art, I have since taught myself many new techniques and even gone on to gain qualifications in my field; most recently a certification in air brushing.

I find my work is being published and shared all over the world!

Thanks to social media I have met/networked with fantastic people!

One most special to me is Laura Johnson, she was the first fx artist to suggest a collaberation of our make up skills and has taught me so much. I can never thank her enough..

I have since gone one to also collabaerate with other artists internationally. Here are some examples:
